At Be Awegood Sdn Bhd, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining clarity and fairness in our policies. Please carefully review the terms below, which apply to all purchases made through our platform.

General Terms
  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless explicitly stated in this policy.
  • Exceptions: Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    • Verified manufacturing defects.
    • Events or services canceled by Be Awegood Sdn Bhd.
We reserve the right to evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Section 1: Merchandise

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must meet the following conditions:
  • It must have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item, along with proof of purchase (e.g., Order ID or receipt).
Process for Reporting Issues
  • To report damages, defects, or incorrect items, contact hello@beawegood.com with the following:
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear photos of the item and the defect.
    • Your Order ID or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
  • If the claim is approved, we will exchange the defective item for the same item, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
  • If a defect is verified, Be Awegood Sdn Bhd will cover the return shipping costs.

Section 2: Voucher & Ticket


  • Voucher and ticket are non-refundable, except when the event or service is canceled by Be Awegood Sdn Bhd.
  • Refund requests for canceled events must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the specified timeframe.

Section 3: Refunds


Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
  1. Verified manufacturing defects for merchandise where a replacement is unavailable.
  2. Events or services canceled by Be Awegood Sdn Bhd.
Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Be Awegood Sdn Bhd is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 20 business days, contact us at hello@beawegood.com with your refund confirmation details for further assistance.

Important Notes


  1. Change of Mind: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted for reasons such as change of mind, size, color, or quantity.
  2. Timely Reporting: All claims must be submitted within the specified timelines. Claims received after the deadline may not be accepted.
  3. Inspection Rights: Be Awegood Sdn Bhd reserves the right to inspect all returned items and validate claims before issuing exchanges or refunds.
