When you create an Awegood Friend account, or otherwise provide us with your personal information through the platform, the personal information we collect may include your name, delivery address, contact number, date of birth, gender, estimated delivery date, child’s date of birth and any other information relating to any individuals you may have provided through any forms of interaction with Awegood Baby and its authorised partners.

You must only submit information which is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to request for documentation to verify the information provided by you at any time.

If you provide personal information of any third party to us, we assume that you have obtained the required consent from the relevant third party to share and transfer his/her personal information to us.

If you sign up for Awegood Friend using your Facebook or Gmail account or link your Awegood Friend account to any of such platforms, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided in accordance with the provider's policies and we will manage your personal data which we have collected in accordance with Awegood Baby’s privacy policy.

Section 2 - Your Personal Data May Be Collected From

Updating Your Personal Information
Awegood Baby endeavours to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can update your Awegood Friend account information via the members login or by writing in to us at hello@beawegood.com.
Be careful not to share your password with anyone. If you do share your password with others, you will be responsible for all actions taken under your account.
If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately contact Awegood Baby and change your password. Always take precautions by logging off from your account and closing all browsers if you are using a shared computer.
Event Attendance
When you access and browse our websites (including when you register for an event onsite or virtually or fill in forms on our websites) and when you correspond with us by phone or email or other electronic means, you may give us information about yourself. Awegood Baby has a registration process through which you would have voluntarily signed up and gained access to purchase and/or redeem our products/services, enter a contest or take part in a promotion and more – all exclusively found in our event.
Additionally when you interact with any onsite and / or virtual event platforms you may give us or create content about you – for example interviews, speeches or presentations, chat content, questions, poll results and audio-visual content incorporating your likeness, image, or opinions on our advertising or promotional materials, including, but not limited to, publishing the same on our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and flyers, brochures and catalogues.
Account And Giveaway Registrations
You become a friend of awegoodbaby.com once you have signed up for an account with us. Awegood Baby has a registration process through which you would have voluntarily signed up and gained access to members-only features, promotional giveaways, freebies and more – all exclusively found on awegoodbaby.com. Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and other additional information would have to be provided during the registration process.
When you become a member of awegoodbaby.com, you agree to exercise reasonable care in the security and maintenance of your own account information and be solely responsible for any changes or damages occurred due to negligence on your part in exercising due diligence on your personal Awegood Friend account.

Newsletter Subscription
In order to receive promotional or informational electronic marketing materials, your email address and other personal details which include but are not limited to name and estimated delivery date would be requested whenever you subscribe to our free e-newsletters. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings or cancel your subscription(s) at any time.
Contests And Promotions
When you enter a contest or take part in a promotion, we may ask for your personal information which include but are not limited to contact details such as name, mailing address, email address, pictures, video and/or audio recordings. Should a third party sponsor the contest or promotion, that third party will have access to this information. This information is required in order to notify any winners and, where applicable, ship the winners' prizes.
