Your roles & responsibilities
STRATEGIC EXCELLENCE
- Ensuring the highest quality of work is produced at all times.
- Inspire intent and delight your audience.
- Keeping up with current events and the latest aesthetic trends.
- Make most out of ideations and work with the team to bring ideas to life.
- To be able to articulate, rationalise and defend conceptual and directional choices.
- Accountable for the final development and production of creative assets.
- Time allocated will vary but ensure equal and dedication to all bodies of work.
- Championing the rule of “no Lorem Ipsum” in mockups, you must ensure that words & visuals are of equal priority in any piece of work.Â
- Underpromise, over deliver.
- Create engaging and high-quality copy for website content, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Develop an editorial plan to ensure cohesive and compelling content across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify trending topics, audience preferences, and industry insights to inform content creation strategies.
- Collaborate with visual team to maintain a consistent brand voice and resonate with the target audience.
- Develop storyboards for multimedia content, such as videos and presentations.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging guidelines.
- Assist the Company Director / Head of Content in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Develop content calendar and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative insights and suggestions.
- Generate creative ideas for content, develop storyboards, conceptualise feed layouts, and craft engaging captions.
- Encourage discourse and critical thinking in collaborations with others.
- Ensure effective interdepartmental collaboration.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Knowledge of marketing and campaign development

- To adhere to Superior’s directions, instructions, & recommendations.
- To ensure all works are of high quality with little to no errors.
- Ensure all projects are submitted promptly: with precise contents, a neat format, & transparency in works done.Â
- To constantly upgrade knowledge by achieving related accreditation(s) or Certification(s).
- To be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and in the use of Company facilities that are provided.
- To dress presentably and to maintain professionalism during client meetings, which reflects the company culture.Â
- To uphold the company's brand image at all times, during working hours and in-office grounds.
